As we scale across multiple Texas facilities, we’re looking for a Safety Coordinator who owns safety for all of our locations—keeping our people protected, our sites compliant, and our culture grounded in respect and accountability.
This is a hands‑on specialist role at a fast‑moving startup. You’ll be the company’s go‑to safety expert across all sites, and you’ll partner closely to support our physical security program as we grow.
Position SummaryThe Safety Coordinator is the company‑wide owner of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) across all Liquid Stack locations—our two Carrollton facilities and our upcoming Fort Worth site—as well as field‑service operations. You will develop, implement, and monitor safety programs that prevent injuries, ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, and build a proactive safety culture across the organization.
This role combines hands‑on floor presence with program ownership. You’ll conduct inspections and training, investigate incidents, maintain records and metrics, and serve as a key support to the company’s physical security program, ensuring our people, visitors, and assets are protected at every location.

Company‑Wide Safety Program (All Locations)
- Own the Liquid Stack safety program end‑to‑end across all sites—both Carrollton facilities, the new Fort Worth location, and field‑service operations.
- Own and lead the company’s safety walks, safety audits, and safety inspections, driving findings to closure.
- Own and chair the company’s safety team (safety committee), setting the agenda and leading regular meetings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs aligned to OSHA and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Standardize safety practices across sites so every location operates to the same high bar as we scale.
- Maintain SDS/chemical‑hazard documentation and manage PPE selection, acquisition, and enforcement.
- Lead regular safety walks and safety audits across all sites to identify hazards and drive corrective action.
- Perform risk assessments and job hazard analyses (JHA) for assembly, electromechanical, and fluid‑based work.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA (29 CFR 1910 General Industry) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; prepare and submit required reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA 300/300A logs).
- Manage core OSHA programs including lockout/tagout (LOTO), hazard communication (HAZCOM), PPE, confined space, fall protection, and ergonomics.
- Support readiness for ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) and ISO 9001 quality management system audits.
- Develop and deliver safety training—new‑hire orientation, toolbox talks, PPE, lockout/tagout, HAZMAT/HAZWOPER, machine and fluid‑handling safety, and emergency response.
- Drive a behavior‑based safety culture and coach supervisors and team members to recognize hazards and consistently follow safe practices.
- Build trust across teams while holding everyone accountable for a Safety‑First mindset.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and near‑misses; lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
