Job Description

Print Logistics is seeking an experienced and dependable Quality Control (QC) Lead to support our 2nd Shift Production team. This position will be responsible for helping oversee quality standards throughout the production process, supporting QC team members, identifying production issues, and ensuring finished products meet company and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast paced production environment, and has previous quality control, warehouse, manufacturing, or production leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support QC employees during 2nd shift production.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, defects, and overall appearance.
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards before moving to the next stage of production or shipping.
  • Identify quality issues and communicate concerns to Production leadership.
  • Help train and coach QC team members on proper procedures and expectations.
  • Monitor workflow and help ensure QC assignments are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and report recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Production team members and leadership to resolve quality concerns.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Help ensure employees follow company procedures and quality expectations.
  • Perform additional production or QC duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quality control, production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies quickly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach and provide direction to team members.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production-related tasks.
  • Must be able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule consistently.

We’re looking for someone who can be both hands on and a leader. The right candidate should be comfortable working alongside the team while also helping maintain quality expectations, keeping employees on task, communicating issues, and supporting a productive 2nd shift.

Candidates with experience in printing, apparel production, DTF printing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse quality control are encouraged to apply.
