• Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
• Be the solution: handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
