• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
• Process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Perform cash register operations and safeguard company assets.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and kneel as required in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 60 pounds as needed.

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the general public and coworkers.
• Read simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 45 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
