• Provide friendly, courteous and helpful customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and processing orders
• Clean shelves, display cases, and the Meat Wrap displays, including filling and rotating inventory
• Work with customers to take special orders and coordinate with the Meat Cutter on items to be cut
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs.; bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods

• Ability to read and write Spanish and English, interact with customers and co‑workers, and understand instructions, product labels and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Must have a Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification
