Salary, Hours & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $16 - $24 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They verify prescription information, aid in purchasing decisions, and complete lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
