About This RoleLocation:
Carrollton, TX (On-Site) Pay:
Range $18-$20 per hour, based upon experience
Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Primarily 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
- Daytime hours (9–6) — rare in retail (no evenings)
- Work directly with martial arts gear and customers
- Team environment with others passionate about the sport
- Opportunity to build product knowledge in a specialized industry

- Help customers find the right gear and equipment
- Share product knowledge and make recommendations
- Process sales and handle transactions (POS system)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Support promotions, displays, and inventory tasks
This role is a great fit if you:
- Train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or have a strong interest in martial arts
- Prefer a stable, predictable work schedule
- Enjoy helping customers and talking about gear/products
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using a POS system
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
