Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated applicants who can multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as fast as safely possible by operating efficiently in the store. We need great team members to accomplish this.

We are flexible with hours and can accommodate a schedule requiring only one shift per week or as many as 5–6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Complete any required paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Maintain store equipment
• Take and process orders over the phone and in person
• Make correct monetary change
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Orientation and training provided on the job
• Training will focus on:
  • Taking orders
  • Labeling boxes
  • Making pizzas

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position; height of work surfaces 36–48 inches
• Walking/Jogging/Running – for short distances or for short durations
• Sitting – paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, unpacked using a hand truck; deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds
• Carrying – large bags/boxes/crates weighing up to 50 pounds carried from workstation to storage shelves; trays of pizza dough carried three at a time, approx 12 pounds per tray
• Pushing – moving trays on dollies; a stack of trays on a dolly approx 24–30 requires force up to 7.5 pounds
• Climbing – infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance
• Stooping/Bending – forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station; repeated continuously during the day
• Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching – continuously up, down, forward; occasionally above 72 inches to turn oven controls, change prices, lift objects
• Hand Tasks – continuous use of hands; frequent forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter; frequent pinching required for assembling cardboard pizza boxes; grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, pizza boxes; use pens, computers, calculators, etc.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 32°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas; sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
