Summary

The Market Sales Leader drives strategic revenue growth and market expansion by leading Account Executives and managing market performance and customer relationships. This role balances field customer engagement with market management to execute sales strategies within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Account Executive team performance through strategic direction, objectives and margin targets across the market.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to maximize revenue growth and new business in residential add-on replacement HVAC.
  • Conduct regular field visits to coach and model effective customer engagement.
  • Perform joint field sales calls to support negotiations and major account development.
  • Mentor teams during customer interactions to enhance selling capabilities.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching and development.
  • Direct customer engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships and market position.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level customer relationships for business development.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness and streamline processes.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop solutions to improve business performance and customer value.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence to executive leadership to guide direction.
  • Ensure data-driven decisions using CRM analytics and sales performance metrics.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC industry, equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial applications.
  • Proven track record of strategic sales growth and revenue optimization in complex markets.
  • Executive-level communication with success in team leadership and sales development.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms and business tech applications.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to execute initiatives independently.
  • Willingness to travel for market engagement as needed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience driving team performance and revenue growth; HVAC market experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred;
    Master’s a plus.
