Leading industrial repair company seeking self-motivated individual to join sales team!!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue.
  • Hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts which is critical to building a sales pipeline
  • Go on plant visits from time to time to see production facility
  • Build strong relationships using personality and sales skills to sell their services and provide solutions to their clients.
  • Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and needs

Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-Motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced always changing environment
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • High level of energy and a commitment to excellence
  • Team player
  • Coachable and always willing to learn
