We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX and take our business to new heights.
At NCS, we make buildings come alive by delivering the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that powers them. We’re a technology company with a primary focus on the construction space. We specialize in audiovisual systems, structured cabling, fiber optics, networking, and security.

As an Account Executive at NCS, your day begins with a balance of nurturing relationships and seeking new opportunities. You will check in with your existing customers, address their needs, and identify ways to grow their business with NCS’s solutions.
From there, you will spend 60-75% of your time in the field, meeting face-to-face with general contractors, consultants, or IT management at customer organizations. You will build connections and uncover opportunities for growth, whether through cold calling or setting up appointments to share how our solutions can transform their projects.
Each project you secure is a team effort. You’ll work closely with the estimating group, strategize with operations on timelines, and package a winning proposal. Your collaboration ensures every project is delivered with excellence.

LOCATION → This role is based in Dallas, Texas. While travel is primarily local, there’s potential to travel nationwide attending client meetings and industry events.
