We are looking for hungry, experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our Dallas team. If you are motivated by performance-based pay and want a role where your income reflects your effort, this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Close Inbound Leads: Engage with pre-qualified prospects who are already interested in our services.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and recommend tailored merchant processing and POS solutions.
• Master the Phone: Handle objections with ease, build immediate rapport, and drive deals to a "Yes."
• Manage Your Pipeline: Use our CRM to track activity, follow up with prospects, and maintain an organized sales funnel.
• Crush Quotas: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to maximize your uncapped commission potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of successful inside sales or phone-based closing experience.
• Communication: Elite negotiation skills and the ability to articulate value clearly.
• Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to work a high volume of leads.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems.
• The "Plus" Factors: Experience in Merchant Processing or Point of Sale (POS) systems is a significant advantage.
