We are seeking a professional, motivated Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities by focusing on prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities- Proactive outreach to prospects via outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Document activities and notes in CRM
- Acquire and support the print and sign needs of B2B clients within the manufacturing, education, and senior living industries
- Ask discovery questions to qualify opportunities
- Secure meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity and pipeline development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with in-person prospecting and making cold outbound calls

This position offers a base plus an uncapped commission structure and bonus incentives, providing the opportunity for significant earning potential based on performance and results.
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year.
