OverviewCarrier Enterprise (CE), a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., offers a 12‑month, cross‑functional rotational program designed for recent college graduates seeking to begin a career in the HVAC/R industry. The program focuses on developing the skills and experience needed to succeed across a range of functions including sales, distribution, finance, marketing, engineering, and operations.
Learnings & Responsibilities- Orientation to CE’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
- Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
- Residential and commercial sales processes.
- Wholesale and branch sales operations.
- Warehouse and distribution operations.
- Creating a great customer experience.
- Graduated within two years of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution, majoring in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work in changing environments and manage complex situations.
- Willingness to travel during the training period.
- Capability and desire to relocate after program completion.
- Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply‑chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering is a plus.
- Internship experience in any of the above areas is a plus.
