Job Summary
One Legacy Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate a range of vehicles, highlighting features, warranties, and performance capabilities.
- Conduct test drives and explain financing options to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership’s inventory, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Follow up with customers after visits to foster relationships and increase sales potential.
- Collaborate with the finance department to process paperwork for vehicle purchases, including credit checks and trade-ins.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions within the automotive industry.
- Work closely with other sales team members to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing a seamless car-buying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and dealership policies.
- Other duties assigned.
- Associate’s degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods to interact with customers and demonstrate vehicles.
- Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times daily.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, such as promotional materials or vehicle accessories.
Monday through Saturday; 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
One hour lunch break
One day off; excluding closing days.
