As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead the next phase of our expansion.
What You'll Do- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets across the business
- Build and execute strategies for new account acquisition and existing account growth
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Represent Exalt Samples at major industry events, including TISE/Surfaces, Coverings, IRE, and other trade shows
- Collaborate with operations, design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed company goals
- Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and sales analytics to support business growth
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years leading a sales team
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals as both an individual contributor and sales leader
- Experience in building products, print and marketing services, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Strong customer relationship management and account development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong sales instincts paired with the operational discipline to manage a clean, predictable pipeline
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- A leader who develops people, drives accountability, and sets a high standard for performance
