This isn’t your typical sales job. As a Membership Sales Teammate, you’ll be the face of the club, the first conversation a guest has, and the one who helps them believe that change is possible. You won’t just sell memberships — you’ll open the door to transformation.
About the Role- Full-time, guest‑facing, sales‑focused role where success is measured and rewarded.
- $40k – 50k+ annually ($20/hr base + bonus/contest).
- 40‑hour week; predictable scheduling across morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Entry point to club leadership; many General Managers, Sales Managers, and Area Leaders started in this role.
- Connect with new guests the moment they walk in the door, setting the tone with energy, confidence, and communication.
- Lead club tours that showcase the value of facilities and inspire guests to commit to their fitness goals.
- Make follow‑up calls to past guests, trial pass users, referrals, and previous members.
- Set daily appointments with prospects through outbound calls, walk‑ins, and digital leads.
- Maximize every opportunity by upselling family add‑ons, promoting premium services, and turning casual conversations into committed members.
- Generate referrals from new members by creating excitement and delivering great first impressions.
- Support the front desk with check‑ins, guest passes, and basic service needs.
- Track daily metrics and consistently meet performance targets.
- Drive community engagement by attending local events, collaborating with nearby businesses, and increasing brand awareness.
- Show up like an owner—take pride in how the club looks, feels, and operates every day.
- Participate in team huddles, sales training, and mentorship sessions to stay sharp and connected.
- Self‑discipline: prepared, focused, and consistent, even when no one’s watching.
