• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area by knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long‑term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of Home Team’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Technicians have all the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours while remaining organized, motivated, and personable with all types of customers.

• Salary + commission (potential earnings capped at $60K–$90K annually).
