Position: Inside B2B Sales Representative

Job Overview

SGD Springs is a trusted leader in garage door spring manufacturing, known for quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. We are growing and seeking a high‑performing Inside B2B Sales Representative to win new business, grow accounts, and drive repeat revenue through strong follow‑up and closing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and grow a strong book of business through consistent outreach and follow‑up
  • Develop long‑term customer relationships that drive repeat revenue
  • Convert inbound leads, quotes, and past opportunities into sales
  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and reactivation opportunities
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and deliver value
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit activity and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to order
Skills & Qualifications
  • Competitive, results‑driven closer with a strong sales mindset
  • Proven success in building relationships and growing accounts
  • Confident phone communicator with strong objection‑handling skills
  • Skilled in discovery, follow‑up, and closing deals
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and performance‑focused
  • Inside sales or B2B experience preferred (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
  • Familiar with consultative selling (e.g., SPIN Selling) is a plus
