As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and mentoring the broader sales and estimating team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets in alignment with yearly KPIs.
  • Support and mentor account managers and estimators to ensure their continual development and success.
  • Execute monthly marketing strategies including industry events, presentations, and networking activities.
  • Oversee accurate use of CRM tools (Hub Spot), ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and client-aligned proposals.
  • Actively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client engagement strategies.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in B2B field sales or business development; restoration, construction, facilities, insurance services, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization; strong follow-through.
  • High level of initiative, personal accountability, and professional integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
  • Willingness to travel and work in varying environments.
