Trane in the Texas North Louisiana Region is hiring a Systems Sales Team Leader to join our Dallas office. In this role, you will function as a Sales Team lead for businesses sold through the Equipment revenue stream, developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with contractor and consulting engineer/architect accounts. Sales responsibilities include all processes and functions required for obtaining inside/outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve annual objectives regarding sales quota, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
• Lead a high‑performing team and interact with Account Managers with differing business development requirements, customer focus, experience, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
• Manage ongoing performance by monitoring and coaching Account Managers’ effectiveness and efficiency in relation to project attainments, customer service, customer relationship development, and business profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four‑year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a sales role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including but not limited to DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
