Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction is expanding in the Wichita market and growing its residential roofing and storm restoration team. We help homeowners through inspections, repairs, replacements, and the insurance claims process, with backend support that allows our sales team to stay focused on closing business and building strong customer relationships.

This is a field‑based sales leadership opportunity for someone who wants high earning potential, leadership growth, and a clear path to greater responsibility. You will start by building your own production in a high‑demand market, then take on more team development responsibility as you prove yourself. For the right person, this is a career move into leadership with uncapped income and a clear progression from Team Leader to Market Leader.

Compensation

Snapshot

$90,000 to $220,000+ per year

Full‑time, commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential

Weekly pay

1099 for the first 90 days, with conversion to W-2 after 90 days for successful hires

$100 per qualified prospect, with no cap

$2,500 to $6,000+ per closed project

Leadership overrides as you build your team

Additional bonuses and incentives

Gas cards can be earned through the company rewards store

What You’ll Do

Generate new business by working residential neighborhoods and identifying homeowners who may need roof inspections, repairs, or replacement services.

Conduct property inspections and educate homeowners on available solutions; no roofing experience is required and training is provided.

Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process and help move projects from inspection to signed agreement.

Close deals with support from internal production, supplement, and insurance‑processing teams.

Recruit, train, and develop new team members as you build your presence in the Wichita market.

Lead by example in a performance‑driven environment and help improve both individual and team results over time.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will likely include:

Building a steady pipeline of qualified homeowner opportunities in your assigned market.

Consistently closing roofing and restoration projects and creating predictable monthly income through your own production.

Becoming effective at property inspections, homeowner education, and insurer‑related sales conversations.

Helping attract, onboard, and develop new sales team members while maintaining strong personal performance.

Earning increased leadership responsibility and positioning yourself for advancement from Team Leader to Market Leader.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

A competitive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated mindset.

The ability to work independently in a field‑based role.

Sales, door‑to‑door, canvassing, or customer‑facing experience preferred, but not required.

Leadership potential and the desire to coach and develop others over time.

A positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn.

A reliable vehicle for local travel.

No roofing experience is required. Full training is provided.
