• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and visitor information, and maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day lobby operations while helping to uphold location rules, reporting procedures, and professional front desk standards.
• Observe cameras, alarm activity, and lobby conditions from the assigned post, document security-related concerns, and report maintenance, access, and/or life emergency issues according to site protocols.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
