Water Damage Technician

The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while learning the techniques and receiving training required while performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; timesheets, PO forms, field check-list.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record.
• Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

We handle a range of restoration projects including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and much more. We understand how stressful this situation can be, which is why we are equipped to help you deal with insurance companies, property management, and the many other parties interested or involved with the damage.
