This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Technician at our Carrollton, TX location. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on rental equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service as needed. Ensuring high levels of equipment performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction is central to the role. The technician will work closely with customers and team members to address service needs efficiently and professionally.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve operational issues
• Experience in Field Service to deliver timely and effective on‑site solutions
• Customer Service skills to maintain professional interactions and build trust with clients
• Commitment to safety practices and knowledge of relevant safety standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in maintenance or service technician roles is beneficial
