POSITION OVERVIEW
Amory is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead day-to-day operations across a variety of wireless tower projects. This role is responsible for driving safety, production, quality, and team leadership while performing hands‑on work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of wireless communications equipment.
The ideal candidate brings strong wireless technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead field crews while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, including 100% tie‑off and daily JSA/toolbox talks
- Partner with Project Managers to meet project schedules and budget goals
- Review BOMs to ensure materials are accurate and complete
- Perform hands‑on installation of coax, fiber, antennas, radios, microwave dishes, and related equipment
- Climb and perform rescue operations at heights of 100+ feet while carrying up to 50 lbs
- Conduct and oversee PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing
- Track and approve crew time and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of tools and equipment
- Interpret construction drawings, RFDS documents, port diagrams, and structural analysis reports
- Prepare and submit project closeout packages with required documentation and photos
- Provide daily updates and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues
- Train, mentor, and develop Tower Technicians and junior Foremen
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

- Physically demanding work including climbing, standing, bending, and lifting
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions year‑round
- Exposure to loud or distracting job site environments
- Required use of PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel‑toe boots
- 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry
- 2+ years in a Tower Foreman or similar leadership role
- OSHA 30 (Construction) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
