HVAC Service Technician

• Pay range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year

• Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in Carrollton, TX, and surrounding areas

• Complete approximately 4 to 5 service calls per day

• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC systems

• Identify heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently

• Explain repair recommendations and system performance clearly to homeowners

• Deliver dependable customer service during every appointment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle

• Work closely with a team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Hiring Expectations:

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, and heat pumps

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to reliably commute to and service the Carrollton area

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings as required

• Authorized to work in the United States
