Maintain and troubleshoot compressed air systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and process water systems;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems including rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust systems, and environmental controls;
Respond rapidly to utility failures to minimize production downtime;
Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, electrical distribution, plumbing, walls, floors, and ceilings;
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects
