Aviation Repair Station Technician

In this hands‑on role, you’ll inspect, service, and repair critical aircraft safety equipment, including engines, oxygen systems, evacuation slides, rafts, and fire bottles. • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft safety equipment following FAA/EASA regulations and OEM technical data.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble components and systems with precision.
• Conduct validation and verification testing of parts and assemblies.
• Use specialized tools to identify and fix mechanical and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain accurate records and complete electronic documentation of all maintenance activities.
• Follow strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards at all times.

• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documents.
• Physical capability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform tasks like bending, kneeling, and pulling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and US citizen or resident status.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
