• New installations:
  Setting up and installing security systems in residential homes, ensuring all devices are properly connected.
• Programming security systems to a central station for effective monitoring and response.
• Testing all devices to ensure they are functioning properly and providing the expected level of security.
• Training customers:
  Providing training and guidance on how to use and operate the security systems effectively.
• Retrofitting new wires to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Keeping track of truck stock:
  Managing and tracking the inventory of supplies and equipment in your truck.
• Handling daily operational issues for each builder client:
  Acting as the go-to person for resolving any operational issues that arise during the installation and maintenance of security systems for our builder clients.
• Security/alarm systems:
  Proficient in installing, programming, and troubleshooting various security and alarm systems, including popular brands like QOLSYS, Honeywell, DSC, and GE.
• CAT5 and RG6 cabling systems:
  Experience in installing, retrofitting, terminating, and managing CAT5 and RG6 cabling systems.
• Central vacuum systems, intercom systems (M&S/OnQ):
  Working with central vacuum systems and intercom systems, specifically M&S and OnQ brands.

• Ability to manage multiple daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and builder clients.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Physical capabilities to climb into attics and lift moderate weights.
• Strong focus on customer service, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Ability to balance customer needs and company objectives.
• Independent work and collaboration skills: capable of working independently under pressure while collaborating and demonstrating leadership.
• Organization and motivation: being organized and self‑motivated contributes to success in this role.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.

• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred; open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate the necessary skills and capabilities.
• Residential Homebuilding Experience preferred.
• Experience in CCTV and security systems:
  Honeywell, DSC, , and GE.
• QOLSYS and  experience a plus.
• Clean driving record required to ensure safe and reliable transportation.

Bilingual skills are a major plus
