Electrician – Carrollton, TX – Hiring Immediately

We are looking for an experienced industrial electrician to join our manufacturing team in Carrollton, TX. This is a full‑time night shift position.

$30.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus $1.50 shift premium for the night shift.

Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.

• Provide electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for industrial systems, including 120/277/480 V, 3‑phase circuits, industrial power supplies, and controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical engineering drawings.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PLC software.
• Maintain and repair PLC systems (Allen Bradley/RSLogix), VFDs, DC and servo drives, and VFD drives.
• Configure and troubleshoot process control loops (4‑20 mA), positioning feedback, analog controls, and temperature control systems.
• Maintain, calibrate, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Follow Lock Out / Tag Out and safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and report them.
• Support 5S practices and lean manufacturing principles.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely.

• Associate degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Maintenance Certification, or 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and OSHA safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, Edge, Adobe; experience with AX is a plus.
• Ability to use digital multimeters, calipers, and tape measures.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Self‑motivated with limited supervision and a record of reliable attendance.
• Own a basic set of SAE and metric tools.
• Experience with extrusion, vacuum and resin control systems, Flexo printing, or Bag Conversion equipment is a plus.

• Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, crouching, and kneeling in confined areas, at varying temperatures, and outdoors.
• Lift 50 + pounds at times.
• Climb ladders or scaffolding and work on scissor or man lifts.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely.
