Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operator for heavy equipment to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment and machinery on a construction site, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, and adhering to company safety guidelines. This challenging and rewarding role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, water trucks, mini excavator, and other construction vehicles, as required.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and cleaning equipment, to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct drilling operations, including setting up and operating drilling equipment.
• Dig trenches and holes as needed for construction projects.
• Drive commercial vehicles, including tractor–trailers and flatbed trucks, to transport equipment and materials.
• Work on a construction site, navigate heavy traffic, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary.
• Collaborate with other construction personnel to ensure efficient project completion.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when operating equipment.
• Participate in regular equipment inspections and maintain records of equipment maintenance and repair.
