Senior Service Technician

Partnering with a well established commercial building technology organization seeking Senior Controls Technicians to support complex HVAC and building automation projects.

This role is responsible for programming, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support for building automation systems. Candidates should be comfortable taking projects from initial setup through final turnover.

• Program and commission building automation systems
• Create graphics, databases, and sequences of operation
• Troubleshoot control wiring and network communications
• Support startup of airside and waterside HVAC systems
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and customers
• Provide training and system documentation

• 3+ years of Building Automation (BAS) experience
• Strong experience with Siemens Desigo, Distech Controls, or Tridium Niagara
• Ability to develop programs, graphics, and databases from the ground up
• Understanding of HVAC mechanical systems including air and water systems
• Experience with commissioning and startup activities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
