What You Will Do:
As a Home Theater Installer Lead, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.
What We are Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas DL required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following (minimum 3-5 yrs):
- Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems (CCTV) in new and retro fit construction
- Networking with Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity
- Rack design and cable dressing
- LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring, TV lifts
- Projector/Screen installation and calibration
- In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation
- Experience with Creston Home, URC (complete and total control) Lutron lighting, shades, drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, Somfy motors
- Experience with security systems or Security license a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)
