• Run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes and build adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care.
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation.
• Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings—no errors, no slang.
• Track time and manage digital tickets through Service Titan.
• Walk customers through findings in clear language.
• Taste coffee post‑repair to confirm correct machine operation.

• Hands‑on repair experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house.
• Ability to use a multimeter before day one.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lb.
• Reliable smartphone and secure address for parts deliveries via Fed Ex and UPS.

• $20–25 /hour based on experience and certifications.
• Expected hours: 30–60 per week.
