Licensed Plumbing Technician

As a Licensed Plumbing Technician, you’ll take ownership of residential service calls, solve real plumbing challenges independently, and build a long-term career with a company that values skill, professionalism, and performance.

• Pay range of $28–$45/hour based on experience and licensure

• 5-day work schedule:
  Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, sewer lines, drain systems, water service lines, and piping systems

• Perform residential plumbing service calls independently from diagnosis through completed repair

• Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and piping systems according to manufacturer specifications and plumbing codes

• Repair or replace sewer mains, drain lines, and fresh water re-pipes

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide honest, effective repair recommendations to homeowners

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in customers’ homes

• Accurately document completed work, parts used, and service details in the company system

• Collect payment upon job completion following company procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition

• Work throughout the Plano, Texas service area and surrounding residential communities

Hiring Expectations:

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License required

• Master Plumber License strongly preferred

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing service experience required

• Commercial plumbing experience is a plus

• Water heater replacement experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage residential service calls

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs

• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces

• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Authorized to work in the United States
