Avalon Bay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues across communities. You will oversee maintenance tasks, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely service to residents.
You will also train and mentor Technicians I and II, perform preventative maintenance, inspect grounds, and help ensure apartments are ready for occupancy with efficient turnover and service excellence.
