Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly

Mako Industries is seeking a motivated and Licensed Apprentice Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. This position supports journeyman and master plumbers in servicing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the trade.

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing commercial plumbing systems
• Support installation and repair of piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service work in commercial buildings
• Help troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, pressure problems, and sewer line concerns
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Accurately document work performed and materials used
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

• Valid Apprentice Plumbing License (state-required)
• 1–3 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and advance in the trade
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in mechanical rooms
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
