Base Pay:
Contractors will start with a rate of $13-15 per hour, with the possibility of salary increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of permanent hiring; after 90 days, you can be hired as an employee with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move heavy materials. Each miner weighs 18 kg and we handle thousands.
• Work with pallets, moving them, stacking them, and using a forklift.
• Use electric screwdrivers to assemble and disassemble equipment.

Requirements:

• Punctuality and responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 18 kg / 45 lbs repeatedly and commitment to hard work.
• Common sense, critical thinking, and direct communication skills.
• Safety awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13-15.00 per hour
