Avalon Bay Communities is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX to oversee maintenance of apartment homes and common areas, diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems. You will mentor technicians, manage work orders, and ensure safety and high-quality work across the community.
The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and HVAC/CFC certifications or willingness to obtain.
