Avalon Bay is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems to keep residents safe and comfortable, while mentoring junior techs and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
You must have 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical skills, and a valid driver’s license. An on-call schedule and strong customer service are required.
