Controls Technician

• Support lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems
• Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs
• Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following safety standards and guidelines
• Document work completed and system updates
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work hands‑on in the field and learn from experienced leaders

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic experience with electrical work
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and volt meters
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Willingness to travel (drive/fly) 50-75% based on project needs
• May be expected to work shifts greater than 12 hours and/or work weeks greater than 60 hours, including weekends, during significant workload and/or project go‑lives

Demonstrates hands‑on experience in the installation and maintenance of conveyor control systems, with a strong emphasis on safety standards and effective communication. Capable of organizing job sites and managing time efficiently while adapting to flexible work hours and travel requirements.
