Position: Automotive Service Technician (A-Tech / Line Tech)

Compensation: Flag Hour (Based on Experience) + Paid Factory Training + Exceptional Benefits

• Precision Repairs: Execute mechanical repairs, warranty work, and heavy adjustments to strict factory specifications.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain clean, detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
• Seamless Teamwork: Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep lines of communication open and customers informed.
• Continuous Growth: Level up your skills with fully paid factory training and professional development opportunities.

We aren't looking to train apprentices here; we need a proven professional who can walk in on day one and hit the ground running:

• The
  
  Experience:
  
  Solid background as an automotive technician with formal automotive training.
• The Credentials: ASE Certifications (or brand-specific equivalent).
• The Mindset: Advanced problem-solving skills, an obsessive eye for detail, and a commitment to fixed-right-the-first-time quality.
• The Essentials: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a drive to work independently or as part of a high-performing shop team.
