Fullstack Developer

Typical DayThe Fullstack Developer is responsible for coding and designing technology solutions that address business needs. The role focuses on full life‑cycle development and works closely with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Create complex, enterprise‑transforming business applications and write high quality code.
- Use the latest technologies and tools.
- Think across the entire technology stack, not just one layer.
- Follow proven development patterns to design stable and highly available applications.
- Troubleshoot high‑impact issues with composure.
- Collaborate with business and other development teams to deliver high value.
- Design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our desired culture and values.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of design patterns and unit testing.
- Experience with Web Development (JavaScript, Type Script, React, etc.).
- Backend programming and API experience (Go & No
SQL/Mongo). - Scripting experience with Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with Cloud Services, primarily AWS.
- Experience building or working with scalable applications (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops best practices.
- Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external parties.
- Networking fundamentals and knowledge of protocols such as SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, DTMF, QoS.
- Experience with communication platforms (SMS, contact center).
- Packet capture analysis.
- Linux experience.
- Event‑driven architecture.
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Chef, Troposphere, AWS CDK).
- Authentication flows such as OAuth
2. - Agile practices (Scrum).
- CRM implementation and maintenance experience.
Individual salary may vary based on role, location, and experience. Typical range: $90,000 – $150,000.
