Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support automation workflows using industry-standard tools and technologies
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability
• Create scripts and workflows to automate business processes and document technical specifications for knowledge sharing
• Work with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into automation solutions
• Share ideas, communicate progress, and provide updates on risks and issues to team leads and stakeholders
• Optimize existing workflows and explore opportunities for efficiency and scalability
• Research emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve automation solutions
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and support debugging during implementation and production
• Participate in training and mentorship programs to grow technical expertise in automation tools and methodologies
• Apply best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 0-2 years of relevant development experience (internships or academic projects are a plus)
• Foundational knowledge of automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, or similar)
• Basic understanding of software development principles, debugging, and testing
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies is nice to have
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work on‑site as needed
