Delivery Driver; non-CDL

A position at White Cap is a Non‑CDL Delivery Driver role, hiring immediately. The driver will coordinate and deliver products to contractor jobsites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites.
• Follow DOT regulations, maintain vehicle safety schedules, and operate in a safe manner.
• Ensure all manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Minimum of two years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in a delivery or distribution environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Customer‑focused mindset and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping/receiving, and documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

• Monday‑Friday shifts with no night or weekend work.
