Safe Team Dispatcher

As a Safe Team Dispatch & Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring the efficient scheduling, dispatch, and delivery of safes. • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding safe deliveries and service scheduling
• Receive, prioritize, and schedule delivery requests based on location, urgency, and available resources
• Coordinate daily routes for the Safe Team to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time and fuel costs
• Monitor delivery progress and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Communicate clearly with drivers and technicians to relay schedule changes, customer instructions, or job site details
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, completed jobs, and service notes in the dispatch system
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in planning and execution of deliveries
• Confirm that all necessary equipment and tools are allocated for each job
• Collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure safes are ready for transport
• Provide occasional field support to assist with delivery or installation as needed
• Address customer concerns or last-minute changes professionally and promptly
• Support inventory tracking related to scheduled deliveries
• Review daily schedules for potential improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Communicate with management about staffing needs, delays, or operational issues
• Assist in the retail store during idle times, including maintaining organization, stocking products, and keeping the store clean
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance during assigned work hours

• Valid State of Texas Driver’s License
• Must pass a pre-employmentphysical agility test, background check, and clean driving record
• Experience with phone and computer systems
• Knowledge of safe handling techniques for heavy lifting
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of power and hand tools
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to operate assigned equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to help load/unload trucks and properly tag safes with destination lists
• Ability to check and respond to texts, calls, and emails promptly
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to perform daily physical labor, including lifting up to 85 pounds, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and operating a motor vehicle for extended periods
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
