Distribution Warehouse Supervisor -Carrollton, TX

AtWork Personnel is seeking Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe distribution of products of a growing facility in the Carrollton, TX area.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff of 10, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing company policies and safety standards to meet productivity and customer service goals.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance and safety goals

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely outbound shipments

• Monitor labor productivity, workflow, and staffing needs

• Enforce safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify operational issues and implement improvements

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts

• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams

• Address employee performance issues, coaching, and corrective actions as needed

• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees

• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners)

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations

• Forklift certification preferred

• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanning

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
