Warehouse II

Position Summary

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. The Warehouse II role focuses on movement of product within the warehouse and serves as a back‑up delivery driver for non‑CDL trucks. This general labor position involves prioritizing and picking product to fill orders, physically moving and lifting items up to 150 pounds, and handling various warehouse tasks.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as handling and preparing paperwork and daily warehouse closing.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy by amount, size, and type; report inventory shortages and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Compile and submit reports on damaged or outdated stock, over/under shipments, and vendor returns; segregate defective product from normal inventory flow.
• Prioritize and pick material to fill orders; stage product for loading.
• Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment, ensuring sufficient space for overflow.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, lifting products up to approximately 50 pounds; handle tires weighing over 50 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) safely and maintain an operator license if required.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks, including cleaning parking lots, loading docks, and surrounding areas; keep floors clear of debris and maintain bathrooms.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1‑2 years of related experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds and handle tires weighing over 50 pounds.
• Physical demand: occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling heavy tires.
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
• Work environment: exposed to weather conditions; moderate noise level.
