The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for tracking, maintaining, and organizing inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels. This role supports daily operations by monitoring inventory movement and reporting discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Receive, count, and record incoming and outgoing inventory
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
• Update inventory data in systems or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, or operations staff
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing and operations staff
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic computer skills/knowledge of Inventory Software a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math and counting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed
• Familiarity with inventory systems or spreadsheets is a plus
